Why hasn't my order shipped yet?Most DEUXDES products are custom manufactured shortly after ordering. The design, size and color choices you selected are sent to our printing partners so they can get started on your order right away. Production times typically range from one (1) to three (3) business days. Once products are ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after a few days or it takes longer than you're expecting, please send an email to support@deuxdes.com and we'll look into your order status.

How long will delivery take once my order ships?At this time, our printing partners only offer standard shipping. Standard shipping times range from five (5) to seven (7) business days once your order has been manufactured and you've received your shipping confirmation.

Can I cancel my order if I placed it by mistake?DEUXDES products are custom manufactured shortly after ordering. The design, size and color choices you selected are sent to our printing partners so they can get started on your order right away. If you've placed an order by mistake or made the wrong selections, please reach out to support@deuxdes.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort possible to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee your order cancelation.

Is there an expedited shipping option?DEUXDES works closely with its printing partners to, first and foremost, offer the best quality products. At this time, our printing partners only offer standard shipping. Standard shipping times range from five (5) to seven (7) business days once your order has been manufactured and you've received your shipping confirmation.

What is your refund and exchange policy?Because DEUXDES products are custom manufactured at the time of ordering, we can only offer refunds if your product is deemed to be defective. Just submit a Refund Request within 30 days of delivery and, once approved, we'll refund you back to the original form of payment. DEUXDES does offer an exchange program for customers having a difficult time finding their correct size. Check out "The Size is Right" Guidelines to determine if your product is eligible for exchange (if you're a first-time DEUXDES customer, chances are you're good!). Just submit an Exchange Request within 30 days of delivery and, once approved, we'll send the new size to your original shipping address. I submitted a(n) Exchange Request/Refund Request for review. When will it be approved?It's not anymore fun for us than it is for you, but all Exchange Requests and Refund Requests are reviewed by DEUXDES to ensure they comply with our Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Performing this review is one of the steps we take to ensure we're providing you with quality products, affordable prices and top notch customer service. We aim to complete all reviews within one (1) to three (3) business days and will send you an email once the review is complete.

My Exchange Request was approved. When will I receive my replacement product?Our goal is to initiate the exchange process as soon as your request has been approved. When your request has been approved, we will immediately send a new order to our printing partners so they can get started on your order. Shipping times for replacement products follow the same guidelines outlined in our Order Production & Shipping FAQs.

My Refund Request was approved. When will I receive my refund?Our goal is to initiate the refund process as soon as your request has been approved. Unfortunately, refunds can sometimes get tied up with payment processors, banks or card issuers, resulting in delays. If you have not received your refund within five (5) business days of receiving your approval email, please reach out to support@deuxdes.com and we'll look into a status update for you. If all looks good on our end, you may need to contact your bank or card issuer.
